3. Data Recipients
Your data is processed by PicoKeebs and shared only with the strictly necessary providers:
- Stripe Inc. (payment) — Privacy Policy
- Delivengo / La Poste (shipping and delivery)
- Contabo GmbH (hosting) — data hosted on Contabo servers in Germany
PicoKeebs does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Note: If PicoKeebs integrates analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible) or advertising tools (e.g. Meta Pixel) in the future, this policy will be updated before integration, and your consent will be collected via the cookie banner.
4. Transfers Outside the European Union
Data transmitted to Stripe Inc. may be processed in the United States. This transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.
Data hosted by Contabo GmbH is processed in Germany (European Union) — no transfer outside the EU for hosting.
5. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (without retroactive effect)
